Use of this site

This site is provided for information about our aviation ground handling services and to accept employment applications. You agree not to use it to submit unlawful or fraudulent content, to interfere with its operation or security, to access it by automated means, or to attempt to bypass the verification that protects our forms.

The employment application

Submitting an application through this site does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or a contract of any kind. It does not guarantee an interview, further consideration, or a response. Any employment that may follow is separate from these terms.

• You must provide complete and accurate information so that ULTRA can perform the necessary reviews and employment verifications. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in your application being set aside, and any misrepresentation may disqualify you from consideration or, if discovered later, from continued employment.
• If you have submitted an application within the last six (6) months, this new submission will be considered a duplicate and may be discarded.
• By supplying contact details for references, you confirm you have their permission to share that information with us.
• Roles in aviation and at airport facilities may be conditioned on background checks, credentialing, and eligibility requirements set by airport authorities, airlines, or applicable law.

Saved drafts

The application saves your progress in your browser’s local storage so you can return to it. We do not guarantee that a saved draft will remain available — clearing your browser data, or switching device or browser, will remove it. Only a submitted application reaches us.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, logos, and materials on this site are owned by ULTRA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. Third-party airline names and marks that may appear remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Service descriptions are general information and are not a binding offer to supply services on particular terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULTRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including any loss of data such as an unsent application draft.
