This policy explains how Ultra Aviation Services, Inc. (“ULTRA”, “we”, “us”) handles the personal information you provide through this website, primarily through our employment application. It applies to ultravi.com and does not cover any third-party site we may link to.

Information we collect

We collect the information you enter into the employment application. Depending on how much of the form you complete, that may include:

• Contact and identity details, including your name, email address, phone number, and current and previous addresses.
• Work eligibility and background responses relevant to aviation employment and airport credentialing.
• Employment history, education, skills, certifications, and availability.
• Personal and professional references, including the contact details you supply for them.

Only your first name, last name, email address, and phone number are required to submit an application. The remaining fields are optional and exist so we can route your application to the right role.

References you provide

When you submit contact details for a reference, you confirm that you have their permission to share that information with us. We use it only to contact them about your application.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your application, to perform the reviews and employment verifications required for aviation and airport roles, and to contact you about your application and related opportunities. We ask that you provide complete and accurate information so those reviews and verifications can be carried out.

Who can see your information

All personal information you provide is made available only to ULTRA personnel with a “need to know”, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We may share information with service providers who operate this site and process applications on our behalf, and with airport authorities, airlines, or background screening providers where that is necessary to assess eligibility for a role or is required by law or regulation.

Drafts saved on your device

While you fill out the application, your progress is saved in your browser’s local storage on the device you are using, so you can return and finish it later. That draft stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you submit the application. Clearing your browser data, or using a different device or browser, removes the saved draft.

Duplicate applications

If you have submitted an application within the last six (6) months, a new submission is treated as a duplicate and may be discarded.

Security and spam protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from a person rather than an automated system. Turnstile may process limited technical information from your browser for that purpose. We also use privacy-oriented analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance; those analytics do not identify you individually.

Retention

We retain application information for as long as needed to consider you for current and future openings and to meet our record-keeping obligations under applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the application information we hold about you, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and the employment application is intended for individuals who meet the minimum legal working age for the role and jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
